Only upload files you own or are allowed to convert, such as DRM-free purchases, your own scans or public-domain works. Don't upload anything that breaks copyright or other laws. We may remove content and close accounts that do. Copyright notices: ritom@puzaricloud.in.
We don't look at, share or keep your files beyond the conversion. Uploads are deleted as soon as the conversion finishes. Finished books are deleted automatically after 24 hours (Free) or 7 days (Pro), or when you delete them.
Your email address, your plan, and a list of your conversions (title, size, status) for up to 30 days. Payments are handled by Paddle.com as merchant of record; we never see card details.
Billed monthly or yearly by Paddle. Cancel anytime from “Manage subscription”; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the PuzariCloud refund policy.
Conversions run in a shared queue with fair-use limits per plan. The service is provided as is; keep your original files.
